Mammas Milk Bar Lactation Booster Blends are delicious, super versatile, easy to use, all the while boosting milk supply in a healthy and nutritious way. Endorsed by Midwives and Lactation Consultants, our Lactation Blends are made with some amazing superfoods such as maca and moringa Leaf to support your nutrition, hormones, and needs postpartum and during breastfeeding.

Our Original blend (with a hint of Coconut) is perfect used in milkshakes, smoothies for a quick fix, shaken up with hot milk as a latte or a hot blendy bowl with your favorite toppings and more. Mum hack! Did we mention shake or heat this with some hot chocolate and you have yourself a bounty bar latte?

Please note our Original Blend (with a hint of Coconut) has no added sugar and is unsweetened, plain and unflavoured, except with the aromatics and creaminess of coconut.

We know how busy a mamma can be with barely time to eat sometimes, so we've worked hard to come up with a unique rich versatile blend of galactogogues ingredients to support breastfeeding, pumping mothers in boosting your milk supply.

Our lactation blends do not contain protein. They are meant to support breast feeding needs. But you CAN mix the two into something delicious when exercising etc for the mammas worried about working out and losing milk supply. Find our protein powders here!

There are multiple reasons why I produce more milk. This is my second baby and I’ve been using the lactation blend in smoothies (not everyday) but I produce enough milk to feed baby, store a little extra and not have to use formula! Yay! But I will say I put the toffee one in my coffee and blended it and it’s not a good idea because it just accumulated on the bottom in like a sludge. So stick to putting in smoothies or oatmeal or something!

Would highly recommend! I have been exclusively pumping for 3.5 months now when I suddenly noticed a steady decline in my supply over the past 4 weeks or so. I was used to yielding >6 ounces per pump to getting <4. I had used my small freezer stash and was becoming frustrated and felt defeated. I tried the usual things to increase my supply and when nothing seemed to work I googled for help and found Mama’s Milk Bar. I ordered the Original and Vanilla Toffee Lactation powders and noticed an increase in my supply in three days time. I also power pumped those three days so it may have been a combo. I add a serving to my oatmeal or yogurt daily. I tried it in coffee but it all just settled on the bottom of my cup. My products were damaged in route to me and upon notifying MMB they immediately responded with sending new products no questions asked! They have since emailed me twice-once to let me know the replacements had been mail and a second time to check in and make sure I received my order. The customer service was spot on! I highly recommend MMB!

This is amazing stuff! The taste of coconut is perfect. The fact that you can add it to nearly anything is so great! I've had it in my coffee, hot chocolate, with my cereal and my new fave is adding a few tablespoons into my cookies, that way when I'm on the go I'm not missing out on a dose of it. Before I started taking it I would try to express and would only get between 30-50mls per session now I get between 120-200mls!

I had some yesterday in a smoothie and then some on my porridge this morning and didn't think too much about it. I'm at work today so have to pump twice while I'm here. I have my first pumping session and the milk started pouring out! I was like what?! I got over 170ml from one 10min pumping session, when I normally get 50-100ml max. I had no idea what was going on. Absolutley love this blend. After 4 days i went from pumping 2 ounces from both sides. To now pumping 2.5 ounces on one side. Would reccomend this to anybody and everybody that is pumping and breastfeeding. Tastes delicious and will definately be stocking up on more. This is what I got off one boob this morning! I didn’t feed on that side all night so I could pump it all off in the morning. But i didn’t have the same thing happen yesterday as today so I don’t know what going on I Put two tbsp in my smoothie and it was a great! I only had to put a little honey in it.
