After my first baby, I really struggled with breastfeeding in the early weeks until a friend suggested Mammas Milk Bar to me and it really helped me feel nourished and stabilise my supply, after weeks of struggling and bubs not gaining weight right away. I can’t speak highly enough about the benefits of this product. I’ve tried just about every flavour of the lactation blends and sadly this one is my least favourite. I’m a massive salted caramel girly and was really looking forward to having this with my oats but I found it a little heavy on the salted side. I so desperately wanted to like this one but I won’t be purchasing this flavour again.

Absolutely obsessed with all Mamma's Milk products! Got the lactation blend gifted to me initially after giving birth and then when I ran out of my first lot I didn't buy another one thinking it wouldn't make much of a difference. Not long after I noticed a huge change in my supply - I like to add an extra pump session at night for storage but I noticed the pump session was alot less than normal - so I decided to go back to having the lactation blend and also treated myself to the white hot chocolate! Sure enough my supply is back to normal and I am back to pumping extra at night!

I have yet to try the salted caramel lactation blend - but have had great experience with another flavour, I have to try all of them!
A couple of weeks ago I got sick, and my usually sufficient supply dwindled to the point I had to supplement feed my 7week old, and bottle feed.
I started taking the lactation blend daily + fenugreek capsules, and a week later my supply is back to where it was (if not more!).

Before my son was 4 months my milk supply was dropping drastically I would spend an hour pumping just getting enough for his next feed it was stressful to keep up with the demand, I was worried I’d have to switch to formula earlier then expected, but within the first 2 days of using this lactation blend I was getting 140+ mls every pumping session and only had to sit for 30 minutes, im a pretty sceptical person when it comes to products like these, I’ve tried many forms of milk enhancing products and none have worked for me but this stuff is absolutely hands down amazing! I’m so glad I gave it a chance and my baby gets all the milk he needs, im always left with 3+ bottles at the end of each day it’s helped so so much and I want all mamas to try this even if your milk supply is high or low you need to get on these products!

Honestly my favourite lactation blend so far you definately notice the difference using these products 100% my milk was dropping so i brought more and has increased my average expressing from 120-140mls to 220 - 240mls per express. These products have absolutely saved my breastfeeding journey more than once. My son is now 11 months old and I’ve been back at work as a hospital doctor for a week now. My supply plummeted. I pump when I’m apart from my baby and at the end of the first week I was barely able to get 60-70mls all day. I started having these drinks 3x a day 3 days ago and today at work I have pumped 200mls. Boosting my supply has been super important, my wee girl is cruising slowly along the 2nd percentile graph line for her weight after dropping there at about 5 weeks old. I'm not a huge fan of the lactation blend in smoothies however, in baking, or mixed up into warm milk LOVE!! I feel I have a constant healthy supply for my wee princess.
