I’ve been using Mammas Milk Bar lactation products for years but for some reason I didn’t know they had protein! I am a total junk eater and I struggle (read, totally fail) to hit my protein requirements in breastfeeding. Now with 2 kids, it’s important that I’m up and in action all the time, and the toddler zoo trips and hikes were taking a toll. This protein powder helps me feel like I’m getting stronger, instead of losing muscle. It’s also DELCIOUS. I love that you can see the flecks of vanilla bean. Tastes like I’m drinking a slice of cake! I’ve got the chocolate flavour too, and will be buying more once it’s finished!

This is by far the best and tastiest protein powder I have used. I love that it contains minimal ingredients and that they are all natural. So good for bubba and mama! I add this to my pats every morning, or a smoothie if I don't have time to make a proper breakfast, and the energy I gain from this keeps me fuller for longer. I really notice it on the mornings I don't have any (mainly as I've run out :D) I highly recommend this product :)

I had googled many natural ways to try and increase my milk supply but it never worked. It became stressful as my milk supply kept decreasing and I was only able to pump 60mls after both sides. It was getting to a point where I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to provide enough for my baby and then I was recommended by a friend to try out Mamas Milk Bar.
Now, I haven’t had to worry anymore.
After a few days of drinking heaps of water and a protein shake each morning, getting lots of sleep, and power pumping, I can easily do 320mls each morning and stay at a consistent rate for majority of the day.
It is truly a blessing and would recommend to any mama out there in a heart beat.

Ive never been one to workout so this is the first protein powder I've used and I have no regrets! It blends well in smoothies & tastes delicious!
