As a breastfeeding mum, I absolutely hate drinking plain water and that started to affect my milk supply as I can't have a lot of cordial either. So I brought the bundle in hopes that it would help and I have to say that the flavours are delicious but the watermelon mango crush is definitely my favorite. I put 2-3 scoops into my drink bottle and I'm set for the day. It's just amazing and I've definitely felt a change in my mood throughout the day and I'm happy to say that my milk supply is now back up and my hair and nails are also loving it.

I love this product so much. It helps me drink water throughout the day, which I often struggle with. I’ve noticed my hair is extremely soft, less shedding. Can’t speak on the milk production because I’ve always had a very good supply but it’s just a nice treat for breastfeeding mamas.

Love the pineapple, lemon & lime flavour the most. Watermelon one is yum too but pineapple is the winner for me. Only feedback the jars are only about 3/4 full not sure if this is a requirement or why this is but disappointed when opened given the price. Would love to see pineapple one sold by itself.

Honestly this is the ONLY thing that hydrates me while pregnant, I have a glass a day, have it with cold water and it feels like sitting in a cold pool on a stinking hot day. It's amazing! Will be buying right throughout my pregnancy. Even hubby is digging in :)

Really pleased with this purchase! I’ve never had an issue staying hydrated before but now with a toddler and being out most of the day I had trouble getting enough water in. I had the lactation blends from Mammas Milk Bar when I was establishing breastfeeding post birth trauma, so I knew the blends work. These are tasty and so easy to take. I like to mix up one with a little handheld frother in an iced coffee cup and take in the car. Such a plus to know they are breastfeeding friendly. Thanks for these!

The flavours are great! Helps if you want or need to cure the sugar craving, but not overly sweet like other electrolyte drinks .

I got this to try initially because I felt I had to as I was struggling to drink enough in the hot weather for my twin pregnancy. I had another popular brand that tasted far too sweet and I thought this would be the same but it’s tasty and well balanced.
