It tasted ok, not as nice as chai syrup, also the powder tended to create a sludge at the bottom of my cup. Can’t comment on its impact on my milk supply, unsure which ingredients are supposed to support this aside from brewers yeast.

The chai is SO good. I would drink it even if I weren't trying to improve my breast milk supply. I've already used half the container because I literally love the flavor so much. On top of that I've noticed my breasts getting heavier with milk than before and as well as having stronger let downs. And I haven't even been using it that long, so results were also surprisingly fast for me.

This is my second time breastfeeding and I’ve always been really lucky with good supply. When my 2nd was born she was a little wee dot And I wanted to up the fat content in my milk to help fatten her up, I’ve noticed when I have x2 cups a day of this and smoothie with the chocolate lactation blend, how much more settled she is and sleeps amazing and definitely increased the fat content in my milk she added 350g in a week!! I’ve found oat milk taste amazing with the chai blend, soo creamy! Amazing products!

If you haven’t tried this - you absolutely need to! The smell from the jar alone is enticing. It resembles everything you love from a chai latte - it’s creamy, smooth and spicy. Appropriately in my mum cup is the Lactation Chai Latte. Perfect pick me up while feeding our little man. It’s smooth to drink and the chai is on point .
