Purchased this multiple times, was so good and helped me say hydrated over my pregnancy.
I mixed it in a bit a water and then added it to my bottle as sometimes just shaking it, I ended up with clumps.
Wish they made a bigger size too as with my 1L bottle this didn’t last long.

Ordered a sample pack to try as every other hydration drink I have tried leaves a weird coating in my mouth - this does not - with the added bonus it is not sickly sweet!!
