Does it contain sugar?
Yes, in a small, functional amount. Wendy, the founder says: What most people do not know is that sugar is required in healthy hydration to activate sodium-glucose transport pathways in the gut (SGLT, GLT1-mediated active transport and GLUT2-mediated facilitated diffusion) allowing water and electrolytes to be absorbed efficiently. We include just enough to support effective hydration — without unnecessary excess.

Can I drink it every day?
Yes. You can enjoy up to 3-4 servings daily depending on your hydration needs. We advise to not exceed 4 servings per day to stay aligned with RDI* sodium intake.

Can I give this to my toddler?

I have use these electrolytes in the past, and anyone who is hapu or have had a pēpi knows how thirsty and dehydrated you can be. These electrolytes don’t have the medicine taste that most electrolytes from the chemist have. I will 100% keep buying this product.

Game Changer! Love this product so much!! It’s absolutely delicious and not super sweet like other products. Loved it pre birth, love it post birth especially on these hot days breast feeding. I have terrible all day nausea with this pregnancy- even water tastes bad so it’s hard to stay hydrated! This stuff saved my life, I would fill up my huge drink bottle and sip at all day at work and at home, my only note is that need a waaaaay bigger can- because once you find something that works you need it in bulk :)
