While I love the taste of this, it gives me a really upset stomach. The oat milk hot chocolate doesn’t bother me, but this one sadly does - to the point where I can’t drink it. But it’s very tasty the few times I tried it!

This is quite delicious - very white chocolatey but not over powering so you can have it at night and not feel like you have just had a ton of sugar. I made it how it states on the container with 200mls of hot cow milk - However, mine has this weird oily coating floating on the top which coats my lips so im not a huge fan to drink it this way. Cant speak for helping my milk yet as I just tried it today.

Delicious. Mix it in with my morning coffee. Globules of oil on the surface from the cacao butter which I don’t mind but might put some people off. Has definitely increased supply. I noticed I was feeling empty by the end of the day. After starting this, they feel almost as full as the morning.

The shipping is so fast received mine the next day! Always love a fast shipping especially when its a daily supplement. I love the chunks of white chocolate in this and it is really easily to add into your morning coffees as well. I have found my baby to be getting more full when I started taking this which I love. I love Mammasmilk bar, when I first had my baby, it took a while to get my milk flowing, until I got given a gift bag with baby things from the hospital with a mammasmilk bar sachet packet in it, I had made a drink and within a hour my milk was overflowing, boobs were leaking, I was in shock but also so happy! So I’m feeding a voracious cluster-feeding 2.5 year old. He’s always been a poor eater so my milk is what’s sustaining him haha. He has gone from 2nd percentile (which he’s been since 4 months old) to 25th percentile for weight in the past six months, and what increased most was breastmilk intake. When I was having so much trouble to start with, mix feeding, triple feeding, etc I never would’ve thought I’d still be breastfeeding now. I’m pleased to say my son is now formula free, and super strong as you can see, he calls this pose the “spider monkey”. I love all your products, I have used them for maybe two years now, but this one is probably my favourite of all. So delicious and creamy. I’ve always liked caramelised white chocolate, sorely missed after Cadbury took it off the market for years, so it’s nice to have a hot drink just for me after my toddler goes to bed, one that I know also helps my milk supply. I only wish I’d found your products sooner, I always have some in the house now. Clearly meant to be, as my grandmother was called “Mamma” to her grandchildren.

I love these blends! I am lucky to have had pretty good supply but I put it down to starting these blends just before my baby was born.
I've been able to use it more as my supply drops off and find that after 2 days I am dropping the number of drinks I have otherwise I find I am almost too full!! Love the fat layer I get to my milk after pumping as well.

I love this lactation blend, I have had it in smoothies, in my coffee, over my weetbix, topping to the tiktok overnight weetbix cheesecake and just by the spoonful on its own. It's delicious.
The most important part, in 1 week of this in my diet my pumping with silicone pump went from getting 10mls to 50ml, by week 2 I'm getting 90mls!
