Iwas indecisive about purching ths product idont know how many times i had added it to my cart. But ended up buying the chocolate coconut one. Being despreate to help my milk supply, i stummbled across this product. It took less than 24 hours to be delieverd. And it is delicious, like honest its yumm as! Its addiciting n you dont have to feel guilty fr having 4 cups a day. Ihad 3 lastnight+4 this morning and just finished pumping now and my milk is no longer watery it looks fattier n fulla already! I am in disbelief at how just one mug at the end of the day has changed my milk! Both in supply and in the fatty fullness of it. My bubbs is also enjoying it so much more. I live in the north island and traveled down south for a family trip and my milk supply was amazing before we left… but I struggled a little as it started to dip. Amazing! Have been drinking this since I started my breastfeeding journey and have not had to supplement with formula. Taste was delicious!!! And didn't need too much sugar which is a bonus!!! Also it made a big difference to my milk supply, i was it pumping 60ml at a time with the express machine for the last 2 days before I tried the hot chocolate, and in less than 24 hours I having 2 hot chocolates, my milk supply went from 60ml to 100ml!!! I can tell you now I had a full, happy and content newborn baby!!! And the milk supply continued to increaee dramatically, over the next few days and so did my son's weight gain!!! I have been buying this since it first came out and it’s my go-to to boost my supply with a newborn, sick baby, growth spurts etc. The effect is so fast, within a day I’m leaking milk and baby is content again. I love that it’s gluten free as I try to avoid wheat, and it’s SO DELICIOUS! Some lactation products feel like a chore but this hot chocolate is a wonderful treat, an added bonus when you’re in the feeding trenches and needing a self-care break. Works. Every. Damn. Time. I was worried I wasn’t producing enough, my milk had come in, I was engorged for a few days then went totally soft and babes was feeding every hour, midwife said this was normal as milk was settling but to ease my anxiety I ordered some from my favourite company which I discovered when I had my first child back in 2021. Now I have a good wee stash of excess milk, caught letdown with my haakaa pump opposite side to what baby is feeding at the time and letdown alone has gone from 10-50mls to 80-150mls. Super happy with purchase and has eased that mum anxiety!
