Usually I never have luck with trying new products, but this ACTUALLY works. For the māmā’s out the who feel like their milk supply is not enough for your pēpi - this is for you!!!
I became worried that my milk supply wasn’t enough for my pēpi around 6 weeks postpartum and I could FEEL my boobs weren’t as full as they were before. This could be due to me not eating as much as I am going through quite a lot these days and so sometimes this māmā doesn’t feed herself enough to keep on top of her milk supply. I have been using Mammas Milk Bar blends for the last 3 years now. I used these lactation blends with my first baby, and now I’m back with baby number 2! Happy to say that they are working as well as ever. I struggled with my supply, baby lost heaps of weight in the first 3 days and kept losing weight after we were discharged home. It was a real worry, as my supply was so borderline. After our 3rd weigh with the midwife, and again no gain/small loss of weight, I started drinking 3 cups of this each day, with 3 teaspoons in each cup. And at our next weigh, 3 days later, baby had put on 350g in weight! It was totally unbelievable. After nearly 2 weeks of nothing, and then to put on that much in 3 days! With this weight gain, we got back to birth weight in time for her 2 week mark.
I am now nearly 3 weeks post partum, exclusively breastfeeding in demand and putting on lots of weight, and I’m also able to pump once a day to get 150mls to put in my toddler’s bedtime bottle. Forever grateful to Wendy, if anyone is wondering, these blends do WORK, please please please try them. They’re super tasty too!

My little boy is 4 weeks old and I’ve not had issues with supply, however I was getting around 180mls a day in let down which I was collecting and freezing to build a stash. In the last 2 weeks however my let down has been becoming less and less which I know does happen as my body gets used to how much milk to make for my boy but it was nice being able to collect and store for future use. Since using the hot choc blend (which is delicious btw) my let down supply has boosted up again. In the picture the bag with the 12th was a full 24 hours of let down collected and the 13th is from 2 morning feeds. I’m excited to see how much more I produce with continued use. I will absolutely be ordering more.

Amazing! You really can see the difference in supply using this product and it tastes amazing! I have a hot chocolate morning and night. Usually I would be lucky to get about 60-90ml but using the hot chocolate I get 120-150ml easy (apologies for the separation, it has been in the fridge )
