When should I start taking this?
For extracting colostrum, we reccomend taking the bends from 35 weeks onwards.
Our Lactation Blends can be taken from 38 weeks of pregnancy. Many mums choose to begin in the final weeks before birth so they feel nourished and ready for their feeding journey. Some mums may choose to also start taking this after birth.
They are safe to continue once baby arrives and throughout breastfeeding or pumping.
