Personally, I prefer the coconut one and wish I had bought that one in the large version. I find it annoying that the oats sit at the bottom of the cup for this one and often forget to leave the spoon in my cup so I can stir it at the bottom to get all the good stuff - otherwise it seems quite a waste to leave it.
We also use oat milk in our home so makes it extra oaty, which I don't mind too much.
I think the coconut one helped with my milk supply more but also tried that one when my milk was still adjusting to bubs (4 weeks old) so might just be coincidence?

So I’ve been drinking this chocolate lactation supplement for a few weeks twice a day . I didn’t really notice a significant difference for the first week I was maybe getting an half ounce more than I was !! Which was a really big downer for me I’ve tried everything. But now after a few weeks I’m finally seeing a difference I was bearly getting 7 ounces during my 9 to 5pm job. I started power pumping twice daily drinking a good amount of water staying hydrated an of course drinking the supplement twice a day. I started to get 12 ounces in my daily pumping routine I was amazed I’ve stressed over it so much that I was at the point of giving up I truly was. Then I kept drinking the supplement an I finally got results I hope I continue to gain more ounces for my two month old .. Breast feeding is so hard you have to eat right an stay hydrated but if your committed you can do it don’t give up . This is one product I will be buying monthly from now on I will say taking it twice a day it does go fast for 70 dollars. But I’ve been trying to save up for it so I can buy it because it does make a big difference an also I almost forgot your fatty content of milk will be so thick mine is so rich now an literally looks like a cup of lard it has boosted it so much which puts a smile on my face an I know my little ones face as well. I will keep buying keep up the hard work I know you guys can get depressed an down by your output of milk I'am guilty of it but this product made me actually feel so much better in many aspects. So keep that head up an keep going mamas you will see results with this product it does take more time for some moms but that’s okay keep going you will see results.

Tastes great. I'd recommend keeping your spoon with you to stir in between sips as the oats accumulate at the bottom of the mug and I don't like the last gulps to be so full of texture. Comparing this to the Oat Milk Hot chocolate, I prefer the oat because of the texture of this one.

I’m such a fan of these two lactation blends! I had some issues with supply following some post-birth complications and my supply really took a hit. I started on these two blends at 1 month post-partum and have been taking them everyday for 3 months now. My supply picked up quickly and I just love how they taste and how convenient they are to take. I never miss a day! I mix in a shaker with either the mammas milkbar vanilla or chocolate protein powder and milk or unsweetened almond milk and take it with me on school drop off and pick up runs. So great for busy mammas!

Wow! The reviews are bang on! I only received this in the post yesterday, had it in a smoothie yesterday arvo. I normally wake up full but this morning I have woken up engorged! I bought this product in November, honestly I didn’t even need it so I didn’t use it. I already had a GREAT milk supply. So it’s been sitting unopened till last night. (3months later)
I’m officially convinced that this product is AMAZING.
I’ve been under a lot of stress this week and I started to notice I was waking up with soft breast and my baby wasn’t getting as satisfied as he normally would. He was constantly on me pulling off and on my breast. I was freaking out because I had formula but I had lost his bottles during our big move.
I ate a bowl of oats with this powder in it last night at 9pm and I’ve woken up at 8am with my breast super full and leaking!!!

I've been using both the chocolate lactation blend & the coconut hot chocolate lactation for weeks . My son Has hirschsprung so ive been advised he can't have formula until he goes for a big surgery to remove it . Before using Mammas milk bar products , I had low milk supply making it really stressful for my 2 month old son as I mentioned he can't have formula. During the weeks I've been continuously using mammas milk bar products , my breastmilk has sky rocketed almost 200mls on top of what I use to produce ( and that's on both breast each) . I'm able to pump breast milk for backup which is a huge help for both my son and I. The ingredients in these not only benefit your wee baby but yourself aswell . This stuff is great! I feel like it has increased my supply. I have purchased many jars of it. I usually mix it in with my porridge and makes eating porridge a bit nicer. My girls also like to add it to their porridge too.
