As a breastfeeding mum, I absolutely hate drinking plain water and that started to affect my milk supply as I can't have a lot of cordial either. I put 2-3 scoops into my drink bottle and I'm set for the day. I love this product so much. It helps me drink water throughout the day, which I often struggle with. I’ve noticed my hair is extremely soft, less shedding. Can’t speak on the milk production because I’ve always had a very good supply but it’s just a nice treat for breastfeeding mamas.

Love the pineapple, lemon & lime flavour the most. Watermelon one is yum too but pineapple is the winner for me. Only feedback the jars are only about 3/4 full not sure if this is a requirement or why this is but disappointed when opened given the price. Would love to see pineapple one sold by itself.

Really pleased with this purchase! I’ve never had an issue staying hydrated before but now with a toddler and being out most of the day I had trouble getting enough water in.
