Not only it tastes so good (vanilla toffee is my favourite flavour), but I truly think it boosts my quality of milk because my baby is super chunky . This helped me recover and produce milk after a big milk decline from producing 50mls in one pump session to almost none and now slowly it increases to 10mls, 20mls to 30mls and still increasing gradually. I usually put it in my morning drink and sprinkle some on my toast and have one again before i sleep. Definitely worth the buy

This is my second order, I have tried 4 flavours so far. This one isn’t that great tastewise as the chocolate and coconut chocolate but it sure does the job.
I add 2 servings and in a few hours the supply increases significantly.

I was skeptical if this would work, but it made a huge difference for me when my supply was low. On days when I was really tired or unwell, one cup of warm milk mixed with the vanilla lactation blend ensured my supply to feed my baby after couple of hours time. Previously have purchased the hot chocolate range. Lends itself better to a sprinkle or blend bowl. Otherwise it’s a bit grainy in a hot drink. Tastes delicious though!

The vanilla toffee lactation blend is my fave so far - I had to buy the salted caramel to give that a whirl too!
A couple of weeks ago I got sick, and my usually sufficient supply dwindled to the point I had to supplement feed my 7week old, and bottle feed.
I started taking the lactation blend daily + fenugreek capsules, and a week later my supply is back to where it was (if not more!).

I was sceptical to begin with about the videos I had seen of other mums having excess milk left over after pumping and I thought I'd try to 3 times a day consuming as recommended in the videos I had seen and I must admit the excess milk I am able to pump and store after my son is fed each feed is crazy. I was pumping maybe 70 ml between both breasts after feeds and now I'm able to pump 200ml plus after feeds which is pretty exciting considering my son is a day feeder and wants to feed every couple of hours because of his night time sleeping stretches. Prior to trying the company's products I felt empty and like I wasn't producing enough milk from 6pm onwards until little Mr went down for a sleep now I can happily say by breasts feel fuller all the time and I don't have to stress about doing top up feeds of formula as I was close to considering

I have been using another lactation latte blend but came across mama's milk bar; I bought a few items and have been adding this in daily as well as a little slice of the lactation brownie (YUM!) and after a couple of days I noticed my milk production increasing. After 1 week using this product I made 10 ounces of milk in one pumping session! I've never made that much before. I love the taste and love the simple, real ingredients. If I had to pick a favourite out of the lactation blends, then vanilla toffee would definitely be the top 3! Can use it in so many different recipes. I never write reviews but this is actually very worthy of one. I have a 4 month old and have been struggling to produce enough milk throughout the day and especially by the time it gets too 7pm and he’s on his last feed before sleep.. I tried pumping milk to produce more and it worked occasionally but most of the time it made no difference.. I wish I had found this mamas milk sooner! It’s soo surprising and I don’t know how it works but it does.. I noticed a big increase in milk by day 2 and I have not been worried at all since. I feel like I consistently have enough milk for him for whenever he wants to feed .. THANK YOU!! Finally a product out there that ACTUALLY works! love it & highly recommend

I'm 2 weeks into my newborn journey. Unlike some mothers, I am unable to breastfeed. I get the occasional chance where it goes well but otherwise I'm exclusively pumping and feeding via bottle. I wanted to keep my supply at the best level I could. Each morning I combine both the protein powder and lactation powder in my breakfast, wait an hour or two before pumping and check out today's result! I'd be lost without these products I think! When my baby was born, she lost a bit of her birth weight. We had to supplement feed with formula and were told we'd be doing this for a few weeks. Thank youuuu! I EP and was worried I wasnt making enough. It has definitely helped bring in more milk! Finding I am leaking more often and getting good volumes most pumping sessions, even from the lazy side (I'm sure we all have one). I mix it with my coffee most mornings and find I have to stir with every mouthful. I would of liked to have known about the texture/chunky pieces in it before I brought it as I thought it was a powder that would all dissolve, so I think this should be added to the description for future buyers(if it isn't already and I just missed it). Not what I was expecting taste or texture wise but still love it and will be buying again in a different flav ❤
