Will this increase my milk supply?
Every mum’s body is different and thus, we cannot make guarantees. Our blend is designed to support breastfeeding and pumping mums with nourishing ingredients traditionally used to help support milk production.
Will this cause oversupply?
This blend is formulated to gently support milk flow. If you are prone to oversupply, start with a smaller serving per day and monitor your response.
Is it safe while breastfeeding?
Yes. Our blends are created specifically for breastfeeding and pumping mums.
Can I take this while pregnant?
When should I start taking this?
Our Lactation Blends can be taken from 38 weeks of pregnancy. Many mums choose to begin in the final weeks before birth so they feel nourished and ready for their feeding journey. Some mums may choose to also start taking this after birth.
They are safe to continue once baby arrives and throughout breastfeeding or pumping.
